We believe that developing anything that cannot be delivered effectively makes no sense. The team at aureliant follows a collaborative and transparent design and development process. We follow the best practices that we have derived from our experience of designing and delivering learning solutions across hundreds of hours of eLearning. The project management team ensures close coordination amongst each team member of the project from the initiation phase till the evaluation phase.

 

As a part of the collaboration, we ensure to loop in the client at every critical stage of the project. At each critical deliverable, we seek client’s input and feedback, and ensure that the solution is refined accordingly before proceeding to the next stage. This helps us develop trainings that exceed the client's expectations.
